About The School RESET Method™

The School RESET Method™ begin when I was a paraprofessional working as a floater/administrative assistant to discipline assistant principal. After being thrown into several classrooms, I had to learn classroom management quickly without writing referrals, which went to the Assistant Principal I worked for. I learned to manage the behavior without writing referrals. I had a clear understanding of both sides. And created a program that allowed students reflection and immediate consequence. This was achieved without just putting up with disruptive behavior, but a structured system that accomplished the goal of managing student's behavior without losing respect from anyone.

Why The School RESET Method™ Exists because many schools are dealing with repeated disruptions, teacher stress, strained parent communication, student behavior challenges, and culture breakdown.

Teachers are often expected to manage behavior without enough practical tools.

Parents are often contacted only after problems have grown. Administrators are often left responding to referrals after classroom systems have already broken down. Students are often corrected, but not always taught how to reflect, repair, and reset.

The School RESET Method™ was created to address the full picture. We do not believe schools need more punishment-only systems. Schools need a practical framework that helps people respond, reflect, reconnect, and restore.
